Browser add-on
Any store with a website
Where there is no store API, the add-on will read prices and prepare carts on the store’s own site while you watch. It is still in testing, so today it only opens the right page for you.
Pick a meal, say how many people, and every ingredient lands on your list with the right sizes.
Proven savings
Realized, not promised
Savings count only after a receipt confirms them. Your savings page shows real dollars by store and by month, and “Unavailable” instead of a guess.

How savings count
We only count money you actually kept.
These are the rules your savings page follows. Receipt reading is still being connected, so today the confirmed total shows as Unavailable instead of a guess. Here is what will go in and what stays out.
Counts
Store deals and coupons that show up on your receipt.
Counts
Cashback after the offer pays out. Before that, it sits in a separate “pending” line.
Does not count
Money you did not spend because you removed an item. That is a smaller cart, not a discount.
Does not count
Refunds and returned items. We subtract those when the receipt changes.

What GroceryShop costs you, so the net number is honest. Right now that is $0. We will not show a year-long number until receipts confirm it.

We tell you exactly what we can check at each store instead of pretending every store works the same.

Tom Thumb
Add your exact Tom Thumb store by hand. We build the list; you confirm prices on tomthumb.com before you shop.
No. You pick your items and approve every change to your cart. You finish checkout and pay on the store’s website.
Are the savings guaranteed?
No. Prices, fees, and coupon rules can change. We show what we could check and flag what we could not. Your receipt is the final word, and only receipt-confirmed savings count in your total.
Which stores can I use?
Live prices work at supported Kroger-family stores (Kroger, Ralphs, Fred Meyer, King Soopers, Harris Teeter, and more) after you choose your exact store. For H-E-B, Tom Thumb, Walmart, Target, Costco, and 25+ other chains we build the list and hand you to the store’s own website to confirm prices. Coupon loading, cashback activation, and checkout always happen on the store’s own website.
Do I need the browser add-on?
No. You can plan a list, compare stores, and see deals without it. The add-on is still in testing. Until it is ready, load coupons and finish checkout on the store’s website.
